Examples of Senior Note Trustee in a sentence
The New Bonds shall be executed, authenticated and delivered in accordance with the provisions of, and shall in all respects be subject to all of the terms, conditions and covenants of, the Original Indenture and shall be issued to, and registered in the name of, the Senior Note Trustee under the Senior Note Indenture to secure any and all obligations of the Company under the Senior Notes and any other series of senior notes from time to time outstanding under the Senior Note Indenture.
The Company agrees to give the Senior Note Trustee notice of any such redemption of the Senior Notes on or before the date fixed for any such redemption.
In the event that the Company redeems any Senior Notes prior to maturity in accordance with the provisions of the Senior Note Indenture, the Senior Note Trustee shall on the same date deliver to the Company the New Bonds in principal amount corresponding to the Senior Notes so redeemed, as provided in Section 4.08 of the Senior Note Indenture.
The New Bonds shall be payable as to principal and interest in any coin or currency of the United States of America which at the time of payment is legal tender for public and private debts, and shall be payable, in immediately available funds, at the office of the Senior Note Trustee.
Pursuant to Article IV of the Senior Note Indenture, this Bond is issued to the Senior Note Trustee to secure any and all obligations of the Company under the Senior Notes and any other series of senior notes from time to time outstanding under the Senior Note Indenture.
