Senior Note Trustee definition

Senior Note Trustee means, with respect to any series of Senior Notes, U.S. Bank National Association or any other financial institution from time to time serving as trustee under the Senior Note Indenture governing such series of Senior Notes.
Senior Note Trustee means Law Debenture Trust Company of New York as trustee under the Senior Note Indenture, and its successors and assigns thereunder.

  • The New Bonds shall be executed, authenticated and delivered in accordance with the provisions of, and shall in all respects be subject to all of the terms, conditions and covenants of, the Original Indenture and shall be issued to, and registered in the name of, the Senior Note Trustee under the Senior Note Indenture to secure any and all obligations of the Company under the Senior Notes and any other series of senior notes from time to time outstanding under the Senior Note Indenture.
