Senior Notes Scheduled Principal Payments Amounts means, with respect to any Class of Senior Notes Outstanding, any Scheduled Principal Payments with respect to such Class of Senior Notes.
Senior Notes Scheduled Principal Payments Amounts means, with respect to any Class of Senior Notes Outstanding, any Scheduled Principal Payments with respect to such Class of Senior Notes. “Senior Notes Scheduled Principal Payments Deficiency Amount” means, with respect to any Class of Senior Notes Outstanding, (1) the amount, if any, by which (a) the Senior Notes Aggregate Scheduled Principal Payments exceeds (b) the sum of (i) the amount of funds on deposit in the Senior Notes Principal Payment Accounts plus (ii) any other funds on deposit in the Indenture Trust Accounts that are available to pay the Senior Notes Aggregate Scheduled Principal Payments on such Quarterly Payment Date in accordance with the Indenture, plus (2) any Senior Notes Aggregate Scheduled Principal Payments due but unpaid from any previous Quarterly Payment Dates (assuming for any Weekly Allocation Date within the Initial Currency Conversion Election Period, any Canadian Dollar amounts on deposit in any such Senior Notes Principal Payment Account are settled pursuant to a Currency Conversion to U.S. Dollars as of such Weekly Allocation Date (based on the Spot Rate for any Currency Conversion settled for such Weekly Allocation Date or otherwise calculated based on the Deemed Spot Rate)). “Senior Principal Shortfall” has the meaning specified in Section 5.12(h)(iii) of the Base Indenture. “Senior Subordinated Notes” means any issuance of Notes under the Indenture by the Co- Issuers that are part of a Class with an alphanumerical designation that contains any letter from “B” through “L” of the alphabet. “Senior Subordinated Noteholder” means any Holder of Senior Subordinated Notes of any Series.
