Weekly Allocation Date definition

Weekly Allocation Date means the last Business Day of the week following the last day of each Weekly Collection Period or, upon not less than two (2) Business Days’ notice to the Trustee, such other Business Day during such week that has been designated by the Manager and consented to by the Trustee (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld).

Weekly Allocation Date means each Currency Conversion Opt-Out Weekly Allocation Date or a Currency Conversion Weekly Allocation Date, as applicable.

Weekly Allocation Date means the fifth (5th) Business Day following the last day of each Weekly Collection Period, commencing on August 14, 2015.

• It shall be a condition to any Voluntary Decrease that the amount on deposit in the Collection Account is sufficient to pay the Trustee, the Servicer and the Manager, as applicable, for any unreimbursed Advances and Manager Advances (in each case, with interest thereon at the Advance Interest Rate), if any, on the Weekly Allocation Date immediately following such Voluntary Decrease.

Weekly Allocation Date means, in respect of any Weekly Collection Period, the last Business Day of the calendar week following the week in which such Weekly Collection Period ends.

Weekly Allocation Date means, with respect to each Weekly Collection Period, the last Business Day of the calendar week following the calendar week in which the related Weekly Collection Period ends or such earlier Business Day occurring no earlier than the Friday of the calendar week in which the related Weekly Collection Period ends that has been designated as the weekly allocation date by the Manager, in its sole discretion, in the related Weekly Manager’s Certificate delivered by the Manager on or prior to 4:30 p.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day preceding such Weekly Allocation Date or, if such Weekly Allocation Date is earlier than the last Business Day of the calendar week following the calendar week in which the related Weekly Collection Period ends, on or prior to 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the second Business Day preceding such Weekly Allocation Date; provided, that, in each case there will be no more than a single Weekly Allocation Date for any calendar week.

Weekly Allocation Date means, with respect to each Weekly Collection Period, the fifth Business Day following the date on which such Weekly Collection Period ends, commencing on December 7, 2018.
