Senior Partner definition

Senior Partner means the senior partner appointed by the Partnership and notified to the Trust Manager.
Senior Partner means any Employee who is a participant in the Seller’s Senior Partners Plan, but shall not include any “senior executive officerof the Seller, as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008.
Senior Partner means a natural person who has entered into a Senior Partnership Form 055 Contract.
