Senior Subordinated Credit Agreement definition

Senior Subordinated Credit Agreement means the Senior Subordinated Credit Agreement dated as of December 7, 1999, by and among Xxxxxx Holdings, the Company, the subsidiary guarantors named therein, the lenders party thereto, and the agent banks named therein, as the same may be amended from time to time.
