Senior Subordinated Indentures definition

Senior Subordinated Indentures means (i) an Amended and Restated Subordinated Indenture between Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (formerly known as Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx & Co.) and X.X. Xxxxxx Trust Company, National Association, as successor to The First National Bank of Chicago, as trustee, dated as of May 1, 1999, as the same may be amended from time to time, and (ii) a Subordinated Indenture, dated as of October 1, 2004, between Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and X.X. Xxxxxx Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Senior Subordinated Indentures means the Senior Subordinated 1996 Indenture and the Senior Subordinated 1998 Indenture.
