Senior Teacher 1 definition

Senior Teacher 1 means a teacher classified as such. In the case of List D employers (except Mt. St. Benedict School, Pennant Hills; St. Augustine's College, Brookvale; St Gregory’s College Campbelltown; and St. Scholastica’s College, Glebe) such classification shall have been prior to the introduction of this award.

Related to Senior Teacher 1

  • Career teacher means a teacher who:

  • Designated Senior Representative means (i) if at any time there is only one Senior Representative for a Senior Facility with respect to which the Discharge of Senior Obligations has not occurred, such Senior Representative and (ii) at any time when clause (i) does not apply, the Applicable Authorized Representative (as defined in the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement) at such time.

For purposes of determining hours of service for eligibility purposes, it is assumed that a full-time teacher meets or exceeds the standard of one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) hours per year.
