Sensor Data definition

Sensor Data means raw sensor data originating from the Customer or Customer’s Client (as appli- cable) information technology and network infra- structure and communicated to the Platform, in- cluding but not limited to, servers, firewalls, end nodes, devices, web proxies, net flows, usage logs and intrusion detection systems. For greater cer- tainty, Sensor Data does not include any Personal Data.

More Definitions of Sensor Data

Sensor Data means the data collected: (i) from any sensor or any Hardware on any premises on which Products are used or deployed; and (ii) that is sent to, transmitted to, uploaded to, or captured by the Converge Software.

Related to Sensor Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
