Separate Account Assets definition

Separate Account Assets means the assets described on Schedule 1.1(B) hereto which constitute the Separate Accounts.
Separate Account Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Separate Account Assets means, as of any given time, the assets on deposit in the Separate Accounts.

  • The Company shall own and control all Variable Separate Account Assets in a VSA and all reserves related thereto shall remain in a VSA.

More Definitions of Separate Account Assets

Separate Account Assets means investment portfolios held in the Separate Account.

  • Management Accounts means, in relation to any Reporting Period, the Franchisee’s management accounts which: (a) comply with paragraph 3.10 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives); and (b) are required to be delivered to the Secretary of State by the Franchisee in accordance with paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Unallocated Account means the portion of the Trust to which Employer Contributions are made during the Plan Year, in which shares of Company Stock will be held prior to allocation to Participant Accounts, to which dividends paid on such shares of Company Stock will be paid, and from which will be paid expenses of the Plan and Under-Payment Expenses as defined in Section 3.5.
