Sequencing Test definition

Sequencing Test means the sequencing test purchased by the Client.

  • During the pre-test consultation with the Ordering Provider, a trained genetic counselor will be available to ensure the Client receives all needed information, will ask for the Test Subject’s demographic information, including gender, ethnicity, family medical history, and testing history, will explain the Sequencing Test, and will review the risks and limitations of the Sequencing Test.
