Series A-1 Original Issue Date definition

Series A-1 Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series A-1 Preferred Stock was issued.
Series A-1 Original Issue Date means the date of the first sale and issuance of Series A-1 Preferred Shares to the holders of Series A-1 Preferred Shares.
Series A-1 Original Issue Date means the date of the first sale and issuance of Series A-1 Shares.
