Series A Initial Issue Date definition

Series A Initial Issue Date means May 16, 1996, which is the date that shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock were first issued by the Corporation.
Series A Initial Issue Date means, with respect to each separate certificate issued, the date that such certificate representing shares of Series A Preferred Stock is issued.
Series A Initial Issue Date means the date that shares of Series A Preferred Stock are first issued by the Corporation.
