Series A Preferred Stock Exchange Ratio definition

Series A Preferred Stock Exchange Ratio shall be the sum of the Series A First Tier Preferential Consideration plus the Second Tier Preferential Consideration.
Series A Preferred Stock Exchange Ratio means the Common Stock Exchange Ratio multiplied by 2631.579.
Series A Preferred Stock Exchange Ratio means the quotient obtained by dividing the Aggregate Share Number by the total number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock outstanding as of the Closing.
