Series B Preferred Exchange Ratio definition

Series B Preferred Exchange Ratio is defined in Section 2.02(e).
Series B Preferred Exchange Ratio means the number of HRB Preferred Shares that are issued for an Additional GFH Preferred Share pursuant to Section 2.1(b)(ii) hereof.
Series B Preferred Exchange Ratio means the quotient obtained by dividing the Series B Allocation Number by the Aggregate Series B Number.
