Series B3 Preferred Shares definition

Series B3 Preferred Shares means the Series B3 Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.

Series B3 Preferred Shares means a Series B3 Preferred Share of US$0.0001 par value per share in the capital of the Company having the rights, preference and privileges attaching to it as set out herein.

Series B3 Preferred Shares. - shall mean the Series B3 Preferred Share(s) of the Company, NIS 0.01 nominal value each.

• On August 29, 2018, the Company issued 6,535,947 Series B-3 Preferred Shares at $1.53 per share for gross proceeds of $9,999,999.

• On January 9, 2020, our Company issued the following fully paid-up Preferred Shares to LAV Brassicanapus, L.P.: 8,858,800 Series A-2 Preferred Shares, 7,300,383 Series A-3 Preferred Shares, 832,505 Series B-3 Preferred Shares and 386,726 Series B-4 Preferred Shares.
