If a vote of the holders of Series C Liberty SiriusXM Common Stock, Series C Liberty Braves Common Stock or Series C Liberty Media Common Stock should at any time be required by the laws of the State of Delaware on any matter, the holders of Series C Liberty SiriusXM Common Stock, Series C Liberty Braves Common Stock or Series C Liberty Media Common Stock, as applicable, will be entitled to 1/100th of a vote on such matter for each share held of record.
