Series C Subscription Agreement definition

Series C Subscription Agreement means the Share Subscription Agreement entered into in 2017 in respect of the Company among the Company and the subscribers for Series C Preferred Shares named therein.

Series C Subscription Agreement means that certain Series C Preferred Stock and Warrant Subscription Agreement dated as of February 20, 1998 among the Corporation and certain stockholders of the Corporation, as amended.
