Series C Warrant definition

Series C Warrant means the Series C Warrant to Purchase Common Stock issued pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement.
Series C Warrant means a warrant to purchase one share of Common Stock in the form attached as Exhibit A to the Series C Warrant Agreement.

  • Each Unit consists of: (i) one share of Common Stock; (ii) one Series A Warrant; (iii) one Series B Warrant and (iv) one Series C Warrant, each whole warrant exercisable for one share of common stock.

More Definitions of Series C Warrant

Series C Warrant means the Preferred Stock Purchase Warrant, dated December 31, 2010, pursuant to which the Company has granted the Initial Holder the right to purchase Series C Preferred Stock on the terms and conditions specified therein.
