Series Certificate definition

Series Certificate means the Series 2003-1 Certificate issued by the Master Trust on the Closing Date.
Series Certificate has the meaning set forth in the Titling Company Agreement.
Series Certificate means the Series Certificate to be executed by an Authorized Authority Official pursuant to Section 2.9 of this Fourteenth Supplemental Resolution.

Series Certificate means any certificate executed by the Director of Finance as described in Section 3.3 of this Certificate extending the benefits of this Certificate to the Beneficial Owners, Holders and Underwriters of Bonds of a Series.
