Bonds of a Series definition

Bonds of a Series means all Bonds designated as being of the same series issued and delivered on original issuance in a simultaneous transaction, and any Bonds thereafter delivered in lieu thereof or in substitution therefor pursuant to this Bond Indenture.
Bonds of a Series or "Series" shall mean a series of Bonds issued pursuant to this Indenture and the terms of a Supplemental Indenture.

Examples of Bonds of a Series in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise provided in the Supplemental Indenture relating to a Series of Bonds, if less than all of the Bonds of any one maturity of a Series shall be called for redemption, the particular Bonds of a Series to be redeemed shall be selected by lot in such reasonable manner as the Bond Registrar in its discretion may determine.

  • The Issuer covenants that, until such time as there are no Bonds of a Series Outstanding, it will not sell, lease or otherwise dispose of or encumber the related Project or any part thereof other than as provided herein.

  • Bonds of a Series shall be in such denominations, numbered consecutively, shall bear interest from their date until their payment at rates not exceeding the maximum rate permitted by law, shall be dated, shall be stated to mature in such year or years in accordance with the Act, and all be subject to redemption prior to their respective maturities, subject to the limitations hereinafter provided, as provided for in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of such Series of Bonds.

  • Bonds of a Series may be Current Interest Bonds, Variable Rate Bonds, Capital Appreciation Bonds, Option Bonds or any combination thereof and may be secured by a Credit and/or Liquidity Facility, all as shall be provided in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of such Series of Bonds.

  • Payment of interest shall be made by check (or by wire transfer to the registered Owner if such Owner requests such method of payment by delivery of written notice to the Paying Agent prior to the Record Date for the respective interest payment to such account as shall be specified in such request, but only if the registered Owner owns not less than $1,000,000, or, if less than such amount, all of the Outstanding Bonds of a Series, in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds).

  • The covenants and agreements of the Issuer in this Section 507 and Section 809, and any additional covenants related to compliance with provisions necessary in order to preserve the exclusion of interest on the Bonds of a Series from gross income for Federal income tax purposes, shall survive the defeasance of the Bonds of such Series in accordance with Article XII hereof.

  • Bonds of a Series (or a part of a Series) may be in book-entry form at the option of the Issuer as shall be provided in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of such Series of Bonds.

  • For the purpose of providing funds for paying all or part of the Cost of a Project, Bonds of a Series, without limitation as to aggregate principal amount, may be issued under this Master Indenture subject to the conditions hereinafter provided in Section 207 of this Article.

  • The Issuer may also issue from time to time Completion Bonds and Refunding Bonds of a Series under and pursuant to the terms of the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of such Series of Bonds.

  • An Extraordinary Resolution passed at any meeting of the holders of the Covered Bonds of a Series shall, subject as provided below, be binding on all the holders of the Covered Bonds of such Series, whether or not they are present at the meeting, and on all Receiptholders and Couponholders in respect of such Series of Covered Bonds.

Related to Bonds of a Series

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Series or “Series of Securities” means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.1 and 2.2 hereof.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Class of Notes means each of the Classes of Notes being:

  • Series C Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Bonds Outstanding means all Bonds which have been authenticated and delivered by the Trustee under this Indenture, except:

  • Series A Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • 2029 Notes has the meaning specified in the recitals of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Debentures has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture.

  • Trust Preferred Securities any preferred securities issued by a Trust Preferred Securities Subsidiary, where such preferred securities have the following characteristics:

  • MAC Notes The Classes of Modifiable And Combinable STACR® Notes shown on

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Bearer Notes means Notes which are specified in their Conditions as being in bearer form;

  • Series A Debentures means the 8.675% Series A Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due February 1, 2027 of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.

  • Voting Bonds means the Outstanding Bonds less the Issuer’s Bonds.

  • Serial Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and not subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • 2012 Notes means the 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by the Issuer on July 2, 2012.

  • Term Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the date or dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Registered Securities will have the same meaning as set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Series B Debentures means the $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.903% Series B senior unsecured debentures of the Trust due July 5, 2023.
