Series of Bonds definition

Series of Bonds or “Series” means the Series A-1 Bonds or the Series A-2 Bonds, as applicable.
Series of Bonds or “Series” means a series of Bonds issued pursuant to and for the purposes provided in this resolution.
Series of Bonds or words of similar import, shall mean the Series of Bonds issued pursuant to a particular Series Indenture.

Examples of Series of Bonds in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall create and maintain separate subaccounts identified by the appropriate Series designation within the Rebate Account to account for rebate payments due on each Series of Bonds (except that more than one Series may be combined for such purpose on the advice of Bond Counsel).

  • There shall be deposited into the appropriate Debt Service Reserve Account: (A) proceeds of any Series of Bonds as provided in the Supplemental Indenture pursuant to which such Series of Bonds is issued; (B) moneys transferred to such Debt Service Reserve Account from the Pledged Revenues Account pursuant to Section 3.03(c) hereof; and (C) any other moneys received by the Trustee that are accompanied by written directions that such moneys are to be deposited into the Bond Proceeds Subaccount.

  • There is hereby authorized to be issued a Series of Bonds designated as "Town of Zionsville, Indiana, Taxable Economic Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2024 (Sentry Project)." The Series 2024 Bonds shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture and the proceeds of the Series 2024 Bonds deposited pursuant to the terms of this Indenture and used to complete the Project.

  • This Loan Agreement, together with all agreements executed by the parties concurrently herewith or in conjunction with the initial issuance of a Series of Bonds, shall completely and fully supersede all other prior understandings or agreements, both written and oral, between the Issuer and the Borrower relating to such Series of Bonds, the lending of money and the Project.


More Definitions of Series of Bonds

Series of Bonds or “Bonds of a Series” means all Bonds designated as being of the same series issued and delivered on original issuance in a simultaneous transaction, and any Bonds thereafter delivered in lieu thereof or in substitution therefor pursuant to the Resolution.
Series of Bonds means Bonds of the Issuer issued as a designated single series.
Series of Bonds or “Bonds of a Series” shall mean the Series of Bonds authorized by a Series Resolution.
Series of Bonds means, severally, each of the Series 2001A Bonds, the Series 2002A Bonds, the Series 2002B Bonds, the Series 2003A Bonds and the Series 2004A Bonds.
Series of Bonds means a series of Bonds as so designated at the time of issuance in accordance with a Series Indenture, for the purpose of setting forth the applicable provisions regarding the terms, payment and other details of such Bonds.
Series of Bonds or “Series” means a series of Bonds issued pursuant to this ordinance.
Series of Bonds means the 2023D-1 Bonds, the 2023D-2 Bonds, or the 2023E Bonds, as the case may be.
