Series of Bonds definition

Series of Bonds or “Series” means the Series A-1 Bonds or the Series A-2 Bonds, as applicable.
Series of Bonds or “Series” means a series of Bonds issued pursuant to and for the purposes provided in this resolution.
Series of Bonds or words of similar import, shall mean the Series of Bonds issued pursuant to a particular Series Indenture.

Examples of Series of Bonds in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise provided in the Supplemental Indenture relating to a Series of Bonds, if less than all of the Bonds of any one maturity of a Series shall be called for redemption, the particular Bonds of a Series to be redeemed shall be selected by lot in such reasonable manner as the Bond Registrar in its discretion may determine.

  • The portion of any Series of Bonds to be redeemed shall be in denominations of $5,000 or any integral multiple thereof and, in selecting the Bonds of such Series to be redeemed, the Bond Registrar shall treat each such Bond as representing that number of Bonds of such Series which is obtained by dividing the principal amount of such Bond by $5,000 (such amount being hereafter referred to as the "unit of principal amount").

  • Any interest accruing on the Bonds from their date through the first Interest Payment Date received from the proceeds of the Bonds shall be deposited into the related Series Interest Account, and amounts received from the proceeds of the Bonds to be used for Capitalized Interest shall be deposited into the related Series Interest Account or Capitalized Interest Account as may be authorized or provided for by a Supplemental Indenture related to a Series of Bonds.

  • The Bonds of any Series shall be subject to redemption, either in whole or in part on any date, and at such times, in the manner and at such prices, as may be provided by the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of such Series of Bonds.

  • On the Date of Completion of a Project, the balance in the related Series Acquisition and Construction Account not reserved for the payment of any remaining part of the Cost of the Project shall be transferred by the Escrow Agent to the credit of the Series Redemption Account, and used for the purposes set forth for such Account in the Supplemental Indenture relating to such Series of Bonds.

Series of Bonds or “Bonds of a Series” means all Bonds designated as being of the same series issued and delivered on original issuance in a simultaneous transaction, and any Bonds thereafter delivered in lieu thereof or in substitution therefor pursuant to the Resolution.
Series of Bonds means Bonds of the Issuer issued as a designated single series.
Series of Bonds or “Bonds of a Series” shall mean the Series of Bonds authorized by a Series Resolution.

Series of Bonds or “Series” means the Series B-1 Bonds or the Series B-2 Bonds, as applicable.
Series of Bonds means a series of Bonds as so designated at the time of issuance in accordance with a Series Indenture, for the purpose of setting forth the applicable provisions regarding the terms, payment and other details of such Bonds.
