Second Supplemental Resolution definition

Second Supplemental Resolution means the Supplemental Resolution adopted January 17, 2002, as amended on February 21, 2002, authorizing the issuance of the Series 2002 Bonds, as from time to time amended and supplemented.
Second Supplemental Resolution means the Second Supplemental Resolution authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of the Series 2019 Bonds, adopted by the Board on February 11, 2019, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time as permitted thereby.
Second Supplemental Resolution means SFWMD‟s Second Supplemental Resolution, No. 2009-500A. (A.54, 5229-32).
