Series Concentration Account definition

Series Concentration Account means any account established by the Trustee for the benefit of the Investor Certificateholders which is established as a Series Concentration Account as contemplated in Section 3.01(a) of the Pooling Agreement.

  • If within one (1) year after the second notice all the Investor Certificates of such Series shall not have been surrendered for cancellation, the Trustee may take appropriate steps, or may appoint an agent to take appropriate steps, to contact the remaining Investor Certificateholders of such Series concerning surrender of their Investor Certificates, and the cost thereof shall be paid out of the funds in the related Series Concentration Account held for the benefit of such Investor Certificateholders.
