Examples of Series D Issue Price in a sentence
Subject to the Statute, in the event of any redemption, the holders of the Series D Preferred Shares shall be entitled to receive, prior to any payment to the holders of Series C Preferred Shares, Series B Preferred Shares and Series A Preferred Shares, an amount per Series D Preferred Share equal to the Series D Issue Price (the “Series D Redemption Amount”).
The initial Capital Account balance in respect of each Series D Preferred Unit issued on the Series D Issuance Date shall be the Series D Issue Price.

The price at which shares of Common Stock shall be deliverable upon conversion of Series D Preferred (the “Series D Conversion Price”) shall initially be the Original Series D Issue Price.
