Series D Purchase Price definition

Series D Purchase Price means the per share price of US$1.1173, at which the Investor has agreed to purchase, and the Company has agreed to sell and issue, the Series D Preferred Shares under this Agreement.
Series D Purchase Price means $2.662 per share of Series D Preferred Stock (as equitably adjusted to reflect any stock split, stock dividend, combination, consolidation, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification or other similar event involving the Series D Preferred Stock after the Effective Time).
Series D Purchase Price means the Purchase Price, as defined in the Series D Purchase Agreement.
