Series D Secured Certificates definition

Series D Secured Certificates means Secured Certificates issued and designated as “Series D” hereunder, in the Principal Amount and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Trust Indenture under the heading “Series D”.

Examples of Series D Secured Certificates in a sentence

  • On the date of issuance thereof, the Series D Secured Certificates shall be issued to the Subordination Agent on behalf of the Class D Pass Through Trustee for the Class D Pass Through Trust.
