Examples of Series E Investors in a sentence

  • If, on or prior to the date of this Agreement, any Shareholder of the Company is granted any privileges and/or rights under any agreements other than the Transaction Documents, the Series B Investors, the Series B+ Investors, the Series C Investors, the Series D Investors, the Series E Investors and the Series F Investors shall automatically be granted the same privileges and/or rights pari passu with such Shareholder of the Company.

  • Series E Investors shall have the right to request the un-redeemed Series E Preferred Shares to be redeemed as soon as possible when the Repurchaser has the funds in the future.

  • On September 22, 2020 and October 16, 2020, Genecast Biotechnology and its then shareholders entered into investment agreements with 13 new investors, (the “Series E Investors”), pursuant to which the Series E Investors agreed to subscribe for approximately 23.55% of the enlarged registered capital of Genecast Biotechnology immediately upon completion of the Series E Financing for an aggregated consideration of RMB1.23 billion.
