Series F Redemption Date definition

Series F Redemption Date has the meaning given such term in Section 5.22(b)(iv)(A).
Series F Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 17.05. “Series F Senior Units” means any class or series of Partnership Units hereafter issued and outstanding, if the holders of such class or series shall be entitled to the receipt of distributions prior to a Liquidation or of amounts distributable upon any event of Liquidation, in preference or priority to the holders of Series F Preferred Units. “Service” means the Internal Revenue Service. “Specified Redemption Date” means the first business day of the month that is at least 60 calendar days after the receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption. “Subsidiary” means, with respect to any Person, any corporation or other entity of which a majority of (i) the voting power of the voting equity securities or (ii) the outstanding equity interests is owned, directly or indirectly, by such Person. “Subsidiary Partnership” means any partnership or limited liability company in which the General Partner, the Partnership or a wholly owned subsidiary of the General Partner or the Partnership owns a partnership or limited liability company interest. “Substitute Limited Partner” means any Person admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.03 hereof. “Successor Entity” has the meaning set forth in the definition ofConversion Factor” contained herein. “Survivor” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(b). “Tax Items” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(f)(i). “Tax Matters Partner” has the meaning set forth within Section 6231(a)(7) of the Code.

Examples of Series F Redemption Date in a sentence

  • So long as the Series F Preferred Units to be redeemed are held of record by the Depositary or the nominee of the Depositary, the Series F Redemption Price shall be paid by the Paying Agent to the Depositary on the Series F Redemption Date.
