Series Subaccount definition

Series Subaccount has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.
Series Subaccount means the separate subaccount created for each Series of Bonds in the Bond Service Account pursuant to Section 5.07 or in the Debt Service Reserve Account pursuant to Section 5.08, as appropriate.
Series Subaccount means the separate Subaccount created for each Series of Bonds in the Debt Service Ac- count or in the Debt Service Reserve Account, as appropriate.

Examples of Series Subaccount in a sentence

  • On or prior to the Series Issuance Date for each Series issued after the Series Issuance Date for the first Series issued hereunder, the Issuer shall establish an additional Series Subaccount therefor and a Class Subaccount for any Class of such Series which has a floating rate of interest and in respect of which the Issuer has entered into an Interest Rate Swap Agreement, as Subaccounts of the Collection Account.

  • If there are funds remaining in a Series Costs of Issuance Fund after all such costs have been paid, said funds shall be withdrawn by the Comptroller and deposited in the related Series Subaccount, to be used only for the purposes described herein, subject to the further provisions of the related Tax Agreement.

  • Interest accruing as a result of any such investments when received shall be credited to such Series Costs of Issuance Account or, at the direction of the Comptroller, may be deposited into the related Series Subaccount, to be used only for the purposes described herein, subject to the further provisions of the related Tax Agreement.

More Definitions of Series Subaccount

Series Subaccount means the separate subaccount created for a Series of Bonds, as the case may be, in the Debt Service Account pursuant to Section 5.07 or in the Debt Service Reserve Account pursuant to Section 5.08, as the case may be.

The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall not be an asset of any Trust REMIC, but rather shall be an asset of the Grantor Trust.

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Servicing Account The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09.
