Subaccount definition

Subaccount means any subaccount designated and established hereunder.
Subaccount means any of the subaccounts of the Collection Account specified in Section 8.02 of the Indenture.
Subaccount means any of the subaccounts which may be created and established within any Account by this Indenture.

  • An Issuer Order signed in the name of the Issuer by an Officer of the Issuer, dated as of the date of the additional issuance or incurrence, authorizing the deposit of the net proceeds of the issuance or incurrence into the Principal Collection Subaccount for use pursuant to Section 10.2.

Subaccount means any of the three subaccounts created under division (A) of section 3956.06 of the Revised Code.
