Subaccount definition

Subaccount means any subaccount designated and established hereunder.

Subaccount means any of the subaccounts of the Collection Account specified in Section 8.02 of the Indenture.

Subaccount means any of the subaccounts which may be created and established within any Account by this Indenture.

• An Issuer Order signed in the name of the Issuer by an Officer of the Issuer, dated as of the date of the additional issuance or incurrence, authorizing the deposit of the net proceeds of the issuance or incurrence into the Principal Collection Subaccount for use pursuant to Section 10.2.

• Except to the extent expressly provided otherwise herein, all interest and other income from such investments shall be deposited in the Interest Collection Subaccount, any gain realized from such investments shall be credited to the Principal Collection Subaccount upon receipt, and any loss resulting from such investments shall be charged to the Principal Collection Subaccount.

• Amounts on deposit in the Revolving Reserve Account will be invested in overnight funds that are Eligible Investments selected by the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.06 and earnings from all such investments will be deposited in the Interest Collection Subaccount as Interest Proceeds.

• The Collateral Trustee shall from time to time deposit into the Interest Collection Subaccount, in addition to the deposits required pursuant to Section 10.7(a), immediately upon receipt thereof or upon transfer from the Expense Reserve Account or the Payment Account, all Interest Proceeds (unless simultaneously reinvested in additional Collateral Obligations in accordance with Article XII).

• The Collateral Agent shall from time to time deposit into the Interest Collection Subaccount, in addition to the deposits required pursuant to Section 8.06(a), promptly upon receipt thereof, all Interest Proceeds received by the Collateral Agent.

Subaccount means any of the three subaccounts created under division (A) of section 3956.06 of the Revised Code.
