Examples of Servant of the Crown in a sentence
The Authority shall be at liberty to settle any claim made against the Authority or any Servant of the Crown coming within the scope of the indemnities given by the Contractor in Condition 18.1 above, by the payment as a matter of grace of any sum by way of compensation and the said indemnities shall cover any payment so made.
Any damage done to the Works in the execution of other Works shall, for the purposes of Condition 34.c be deemed to be damage which is wholly caused by the neglect or default of a Servant of the Crown acting in the course of his employment as such.
