Servant of the Crown includes any person who is a servant of the Crown when any relevant Personal Injury or Loss of Property occurred, even if he has ceased to be such before any payment in respect of the Personal Injury or Loss of Property is made and, where he has ceased to be such by reason of his death, includes his personal representative;

Examples of Servant of the Crown in a sentence

  • The Authority shall be at liberty to settle any claim made against the Authority or any Servant of the Crown coming within the scope of the indemnities given by the Contractor in Condition 18.1 above, by the payment as a matter of grace of any sum by way of compensation and the said indemnities shall cover any payment so made.

  • Supervised Person means directors, officers and partners of an Adviser (or other persons occupying a similar status or performing similar functions), employees of an Adviser, and any other person who provides advice on behalf of an Adviser and is subject to the Adviser’s supervision and control.
