Supervised Persons definition

Supervised Persons for purposes of this Code means:
Supervised Persons means any directors, officers, employees or agents of any Participant.
Supervised Persons means the Advisers’ partners, officers, directors (or other persons occupying a similar status or performing similar functions) and employees, as well as any other persons who provide advice on behalf of the Advisers and are subject to the Advisers’ supervision and control.

Examples of Supervised Persons in a sentence

  • Investment Person is intended to include and includes persons deemed to be Supervised Persons pursuant to Rule 204A-1 under the Investments Advisers Act of 1940, as further defined hereunder.

  • Supervised Persons in possession of information regarding, or directly involved in negotiating, a contract material to a supplier of JPMAM may not invest in the securities of such supplier.

  • Supervised Persons are prohibited from making political contributions for the purpose of obtaining or retaining advisory contracts with government entities.

  • This Code of Ethics (“Code”) has been adopted by Loomis, Sayles & Co., L.P. (“Loomis Sayles”) to govern certain conduct of Loomis Sayles’ Supervised Persons and personal trading in securities and related activities of those individuals who have been deemed Access Persons thereunder, and under certain circumstances, those Access Persons’ family members and others in a similar relationship to them.

  • It is the policy of the Adviser that the Adviser and its Supervised Persons shall comply with applicable Federal Securities Laws and that no Supervised Person shall engage in any act, practice or course of conduct that would violate the provisions of Rule 17j-1 under the Investment Company Act or Sections 204 and 206 of the Investment Advisers Act.

Supervised Persons means directors, officers, and partners of the adviser (or other persons occupying a similar status or performing similar functions); employees of the adviser; and any other person who provides advice on behalf of the adviser and is subject to the adviser’s supervision and control.
Supervised Persons means any directors, officers, employees or agents of any Participant, including but not limited to Authorized Traders and Authorized Brokers.
Supervised Persons means any directors, officers, employees or agents (including any Authorized Traders) of any Participant.
Supervised Persons means the following individuals under the oversight of an Identified Entity, including:
Supervised Persons means any director(s), officer(s), employee(s) or agent(s) of any Participant Firm, including but not limited to Authorized Traders.
Supervised Persons means Authorized Traders, directors, officers, employees or agents of any Participant or Sponsored Participant.
Supervised Persons means any partner, officer, director (or other person occupying a similar status or performing similar functions), or Employee of the Adviser, or other person who provides investment advice on behalf of the Adviser and is subject to the supervision and Control of the Adviser. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, the term Supervised Person (for purposes of this Code) shall not include any supervised person, as that term is defined by Section 202(a)(25) of the Advisers Act, of ILIAC who (i) is not involved, directly or indirectly, with ILIAC’s investment advisory activities and (ii) does not have access to non-public information about such activities.
