Service intermediary definition

Service intermediary means a person or entity that enters into a pay for success contract under this section and sections 113.61 and 113.62 of the Revised Code. The service intermediary may act as the service provider that delivers the services specified in the contract or may contract with a separate service provider to deliver those services.
