Service Message definition

Service Message means the message sent through the Kakao App to a Kakao User which has opted in with CLIENT to receive such message.
Service Message means the message sent through the Viber App to a Viber User which has opted in with CLIENT to receive such message.
Service Message means a message of the kind described in Schedule 8.

  • data message means information generated, sent, received or stored by electronic, optical or similar means including, but not limited to, electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic mail, telegram, telex or telecopy;

  • Text messaging means reading from or entering data into any handheld or other electronic device, including for the purpose of short message service texting, e-mailing, instant messaging, obtaining navigational information, or engaging in any other form of electronic data retrieval or electronic data communication.
