Service Offering Description definition

Service Offering Description means the then-current version of the Dell document that describes the APEX Service You ordered. If there is no separate Dell document, the description in the APEX Console will apply.

Related to Service Offering Description

  • Service Offerings or “services” means the services specified in the Services Agreement.

  • Purchase description means the words used in a solicitation to describe the supplies, services, or construction to be purchased, and includes specifications attached to or made a part of the solicitation.

  • Oracle Open Source Service Offering(s) means the Oracle Linux Service Offering(s), the Oracle VM Service Offering(s), and the Oracle Verrazzano Service Offering(s).

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Offering Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).

  • Base Offer Segment means a component of a Sell Offer based on an existing Generation Capacity Resource, equal to the Unforced Capacity of such resource, as determined in accordance with the PJM Manuals. If the Sell Offers of multiple Market Sellers are based on a single Existing Generation Capacity Resource, the Base Offer Segments of such Market Sellers shall be determined pro rata based on their entitlements to Unforced Capacity from such resource.

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • Notice Plan means the settlement notice program, as approved by the Court, developed by the Settlement Administrator and described in this Agreement for disseminating Notice to the Class Members of the terms of this Agreement and the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Minimum Offering Notice means a written notification, signed by Broker, pursuant to which the Broker shall represent (1) that subscriptions for the Minimum Offering have been received, (2) that, to the best of Broker’s knowledge after due inquiry and review of its records, Cash Investment Instruments in full payment for that number of Shares equal to or greater than the Minimum Offering have been received, deposited with and collected by NCPS, (3) and that such subscriptions have not been withdrawn, rejected or otherwise terminated, and (4) that the Subscribers have no statutory or regulatory rights of rescission without cause or all such rights have expired.

  • Last best offer package means the offer exchanged by parties not less than 14 days prior

  • Summary Plan Description or "SPD" means the Flexible Benefits Plan SPD and all appendices incorporated into and made a part of the SPD that is adopted by the Employer and attached to this Plan Document as Attachment I, as amended from time to time.   • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Long Form Notice means the form of notice that shall be posted on the Settlement website created by the Settlement Administrator and shall be available to Settlement Class members by mail on request made to the Settlement Administrator in the form attached as Exhibit 2.

  • Current placement episode means the period of time that begins with the most recent date that the child was removed from the home of the parent, guardian, or legal custodian for purposes of placement in out-of-home care and continues until: (a) The child returns home; (b) an adoption decree, a permanent custody order, or guardianship order is entered; or (c) the dependency is dismissed, whichever occurs first.
