The Merchants using the Platform, Platform Services or Service Provider Business after Service Provider’s amendment to this Agreement, Commercial Terms and Platform Policies shall be deemed to be the Merchant’s unconditional and absolute acceptance of such amendments (effective from the date such amendments were made by the Service Provider).
The Merchant understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider may subcontract one or more of the Service Provider Business to any third party including Affiliates.
