Service Provider Content definition

Service Provider Content means the Platform, all the pages of the Platform, all the content contained in the Platform (excluding any third party content and advertisements), look and feel of the Platform, any and all information or content owned or controlled (e.g. by license or otherwise) by Service Provider or its Affiliates, including text, images, graphics, photographs, video and audio, and furnished by Service Provider or its Affiliates in connection with Platform Services, Transaction Support Services, Payment Facilitation Services and for the purpose of offering for sale of Products by the Merchant.
Service Provider Content means Service Provider’s proprietary reports, information and data made available to Company and/or Registered User(s) as part of the Services.
Service Provider Content has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.1; “Services” means the fitness services that the Service Provider provides; “Social Media Content” has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.4; “Term” has the meaning given to it in Clause 14.1;

Examples of Service Provider Content in a sentence

  • You understand that all Content and Service Provider Content posted on, transmitted through or linked through the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.

  • You also acknowledge that the health care or wellness provider about whom You submit Content may submit Service Provider Content that contain Your private or confidential health information in response to Content You submit.

  • The Service Provider shall retain sole ownership of all the intellectual properties, know how or other proprietary rights in the Service Provider Content and Service Provider Business and no right or interest is granted or shall be deemed to be granted by the Service Provider to the Merchant.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.
