Service Provider Code definition

Service Provider Code means a code of ethics that is required to be, and has been, adopted by a 17j-1 Service Provider pursuant to and in compliance with Rule 17j-1.

  • Initial Approval of Codes of Ethics Under Rule 17j-1, the Board, including a majority of Independent Trustees, is required to approve the Service Provider Code of any new 17j-1 Service Provider before initially retaining its services.
