Service Provider Contract Manager definition

Service Provider Contract Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(a)(i).
Service Provider Contract Manager means the manager nominated by the Service Provider as its dedicated manager for the Services;
Service Provider Contract Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(a)(ii).
