Service Provider Organization definition

Service Provider Organization means Service Provider’s ultimate parent and any company or other entity of which Service Provider’s ultimate parent is directly or indirectly a shareholder, member or owner. For purposes of this Agreement, each branch of Service Provider’s ultimate parent will be a separate member of the Service Provider Organization.
Service Provider Organization means a ministry or part of a ministry designated under subsection 17.1 (1); (“organisation de prestation de services”)
Service Provider Organization or “SPO” means each of the following: a person or entity with whom a LHIN contracts to provide Eligible Personal Support Services on behalf of the LHIN; A person or entity with whom the person or entity described in paragraph a subcontracts to provide Eligible Personal Support Services on behalf of the LHIN; and A person or entity that operates a residential hospice with whom the LHIN contracts to provide Eligible Personal Support Services.
