Serviced REO Property definition

Serviced REO Property. Any REO Property that is serviced by the Special Servicer pursuant to this Agreement.
Serviced REO Property means any Serviced Mortgaged Property with respect to which the Investor under the related Servicing Agreement or Subservicing Agreement or the Servicer for the benefit of such Investor has taken ownership or possession as a result of Foreclosure, acceptance of a deed in lieu of Foreclosure or other exercise of remedies under the Serviced Mortgage Loan Documents.
Serviced REO Property means any REO Property with respect to a Serviced Loan.

  • To the extent the Sellers holds title to a Serviced REO Property solely as nominee for the benefit of the owner of the Serviced Mortgage Loan, with respect to each such Serviced REO Property, the Sellers shall transfer, or cause to be transferred, to Purchaser an original, executed quit claim deed, in recordable form on or prior to the Applicable Closing Date.

More Definitions of Serviced REO Property

Serviced REO Property means a Mortgaged Property acquired under a Servicing Agreement through foreclosure, by acceptance of a deed in lieu of foreclosure or by any other means arising from or related to the default or imminent default of a Mortgage Loan.

  • REO Property A Mortgaged Property acquired by the Trust Fund through foreclosure or deed-in-lieu of foreclosure in connection with a defaulted Mortgage Loan.

  • Nonrecoverable Property Protection Advance shall have the meaning assigned to the term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Serviced Loan A Serviced Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan.

  • Serviced Loan Combination A Loan Combination that is being serviced pursuant to this Agreement. The only Serviced Loan Combinations related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are the Loan Combinations as to which “Serviced” is set forth in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Servicing Type,” together with any Servicing Shift Loan Combinations. A Servicing Shift Loan Combination will no longer be a Serviced Loan Combination on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan during the period it is serviced by the Special Servicer following a Servicing Transfer Event.

  • Nonrecoverable Servicing Advance Any Servicing Advance previously made or proposed to be made in respect of a Mortgage Loan or REO Property that, in the good faith business judgment of the Master Servicer, will not or, in the case of a proposed Servicing Advance, would not be ultimately recoverable from related Late Collections, Insurance Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds on such Mortgage Loan or REO Property as provided herein.

  • REO Disposition Period As defined in Section 3.14. REO Proceeds: Proceeds, net of any related expenses of the Servicer, received in respect of any REO Property (including, without limitation, proceeds from the rental of the related Mortgaged Property) which are received prior to the final liquidation of such Mortgaged Property.

  • REO means a Mortgaged Property that is acquired by the Trust in foreclosure or by deed in lieu of foreclosure.

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

  • REO Loan The mortgage loan deemed for purposes hereof to be outstanding with respect to each REO Property acquired in respect of any Mortgage Loan. Each REO Loan shall be deemed to provide for monthly payments of principal and/or interest equal to its Assumed Monthly Payment and otherwise to have the same terms and conditions as the predecessor Mortgage Loan. Each REO Loan shall be deemed to have an initial unpaid principal balance and Stated Principal Balance equal to the unpaid principal balance and Stated Principal Balance, respectively, of the predecessor Mortgage Loan as of the date of the related REO Acquisition. In addition, all Monthly Payments (other than any Balloon Payment), Assumed Monthly Payments (in the case of a Balloon Mortgage Loan delinquent in respect of its Balloon Payment) and other amounts due and owing, or deemed to be due and owing, in respect of the predecessor Mortgage Loan as of the date of the related REO Acquisition, shall be deemed to continue to be due and owing in respect of an REO Loan. All amounts payable or reimbursable to the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer and/or the Trustee in respect of the related Mortgage Loan as of the date of the related REO Acquisition, including, without limitation, any unpaid Servicing Fees and any unreimbursed Advances, together with any Advance Interest accrued and payable to the Master Servicer, Special Servicer and/or the Trustee in respect of such Advances, shall continue to be payable or reimbursable to the Master Servicer, Special Servicer and/or Trustee as the case may be, in respect of an REO Loan.

  • Specially Serviced Loan Any Serviced Loan (including a related REO Mortgage Loan or REO Companion Loan) as to which any of the following events has occurred:

  • Custodial property means an interest in property transferred to a custodian under this act and the income from, and proceeds of, that interest in property.

  • Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the annual rate of interest remitted to the Purchaser, which shall be equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Mortgage Pool The pool of Mortgage Loans, identified on Schedule 1 from time to time, and any REO Properties acquired in respect thereof.
