Services Fee definition

Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

Services Fee is defined in Section 2.3(a).

Services Fee means the fee(s) payable to the Provider by the Commissioner under the Agreement for the full and proper performance by the Provider of the Services, as set out in Schedule 2.

Examples of Services Fee in a sentence

• Professional Services Fee: Any additional services required by the Authority including white labelling shall be charged at a day rate of £1,000.

• Compensation for the Required Services shall be paid for on personnel hourly rates as listed in Attachment “A”; Personnel Hourly Rates Fee Schedule (Prevailing Wage Rates) and unit price per test basis, which shall include all costs such as testing, reports, reports review, storing of specimens and test cylinders, as listed in Attachment “B”; Materials Testing Services Fee Schedule (Prevailing Wage) for each City Project.
