Service Fee definition

Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

Service Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

Service Fee or “Service Fees” means the monthly or annual fees set forth in the Service Order to be paid by Customer to Provider as consideration for Provider’s provision to Customer of the Services, but does not include usage fees, taxes or regulatory fees or surcharges, which Customer must pay in addition to the Service Fees.

Examples of Service Fee in a sentence

• If the remaining Resident elects to keep this Agreement in effect, the entire Entrance Fee shall be deemed to apply to the remaining resident, and he or she shall pay the Monthly Service Fee for single occupancy.

More Definitions of Service Fee
