Services Offering definition

Services Offering means the solution based on Licensed Product, delivered and administered by USi over its network. It includes: (a) connectivity between the dedicated Customer server(s) hosted by USi, and the Internet; (b) application hosting and management at USi's data center; (c) application backup and recovery services; (d) implementation and integration services; (e) billing for combined business service; and (f) customer support help desk as set forth in Attachment B. It is limited to remote access, and does not involve the distribution of software to Customers.
Services Offering means the tolls and services framework approved by the NEB for Alliance's pipeline transportation services commencing December 1, 2015.
Services Offering means the tasks to be performed and other activities set out in a services proposal that has been mutually agreed to by Forcepoint and Customer.

Services Offering means the services (including associated APIs) offered by AWS and selected by Customer.

  • Other Coordinated Offering shall have the meaning given in Section 2.4.1.
