  • The foregoing requirements for deposit into the Custodial Account shall be exclusive, it being understood and agreed that, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, payments in the nature of the Servicing Administration Fee, Prepayment Interest Excess Amounts and Ancillary Income need not be deposited by the Servicer into the Custodial Account.

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Administration Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator pursuant to Section 3 of the Administration Agreement.

  • Servicer Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).
