More Definitions of Servicing Bank

Servicing Bank means Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. (Rochester Division), so long as it shall act as Servicing Bank as provided in this Agreement, and thereafter any successor appointed as Servicing Bank as provided in Section 12 hereof.
