Servicing Assumption Agreement definition

Servicing Assumption Agreement means the Servicing and Lockbox Processing Assumption Agreement, dated as of December 20, 2006, among CPS, the Backup Servicer and the Trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
