Servicing Centralization Period definition

Servicing Centralization Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.1 of the Back-up Servicing Agreement.
Servicing Centralization Period means the period commencing upon receipt by the Back-Up Servicer of a Servicing Centralization Period Notice and ending on the Assumption Date (as defined in Section 2(a)(i) of the Back-Up Servicing Agreement), which period shall be at least six (6) months unless such Assumption Date occurs by reason other than as a result of a Servicing Centralization Trigger Event.
Servicing Centralization Period. The period commencing upon receipt by the Back-up Servicer of a Servicing Centralization Period Notice and ending on the receipt by the Back-up Servicer of a Servicing Transfer Notice.

Related to Servicing Centralization Period

  • Interim Servicing Period The period from the Closing Date to the related Servicing Transfer Date.

  • Interim Servicing Agreement The agreement to be entered into by the Purchaser and the Interim Servicer, providing for the Interim Servicer to service the Mortgage Loans as specified by the Interim Servicing Agreement.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
