Servicing Policies definition

Servicing Policies in the case of the Servicer, has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Servicing Agreement, or, in the case of the Backup Servicer, the credit, collections, and operations policies of the Backup Servicer as in effect on the date the Backup Servicing Agreement becomes effective, as such policies may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Servicing Policies means any Agency or other policies and procedures to which the Company is subject as such relate to the Servicing of Mortgage Loans in effect during the time the Mortgage Loans were Serviced by the Company or the Subsidiaries (either directly or through a subservicing arrangement).
Servicing Policies means, with respect to a Servicer, the policies and procedures required under the Higher Education Act and any other policies and procedures of such Servicer with respect to the servicing of Student Loans which are not inconsistent with the requirements of the Higher Education Act.

More Definitions of Servicing Policies

Servicing Policies means the Servicer's servicing policies in effect as of the date of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Servicing Policies means any Agency or other Investor policies and procedures to which KBI or any of its Subsidiaries is subject as such relate to the Servicing of Mortgage Loans in effect during the time the Mortgage Loans were Serviced by KBI or any of its Subsidiaries (either directly or through a subservicing arrangement).
Servicing Policies means the policies and procedures of the Master Servicer or any Subservicer, as applicable, with respect to the servicing of Student Loans. “SLS Loan” means a student loan originated under the authority set forth in Section 428A (or a predecessor section thereto) of the Higher Education Act and shall include student loans designated as “SLS Loans,” as defined under the Higher Education Act. “Special Allowance Payments” means special allowance payments on Student Loans authorized to be made by the Department of Education pursuant to Section 438 of the Higher Education Act, or similar allowances authorized from time to time by federal law or regulation. “Xxxxxxxx Loan” means a loan designated as such that is made under the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx Student Loan Program in accordance with the Higher Education Act. “Student Loan” means a Consolidation Loan, a PLUS Loan, an SLS Loan or a Xxxxxxxx Loan.
Servicing Policies means the policies and practices of the Servicer then in effect. The Servicing Policies of the initial Servicer in effect on the Closing Date is attached as Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement.

Related to Servicing Policies

  • Servicing Procedures means the servicing procedures of Ford Credit relating to retail installment sale contracts originated or purchased by Ford Credit as the procedures may change.

  • Servicing Standard shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement. The Servicing Standard in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement shall require, among other things, that each Servicer, in servicing the Mortgage Loan, must take into account the interests of each Note Holder.
