Set-Up Fees definition
Set-Up Fees means the fees for Set‐Up specified in the Order Form.
Set-Up Fees means the fees (if any) attributed to initial set-up and integration of the Fanplayr Service as set forth in Your Subscriber Agreement.

Set-Up Fees means any of the Base Network Set-Up Fee and the Additional Network Set-Up Fee charged to a Network Vendor in order to establish any of the services offered by C-ME on the Magic Net.

Set-Up Fees means the sum set out in the Order and described as a set-up fee. Severity Level means the severity of a Service Incident as reasonably determined and assigned by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Service Desk pursuant to Questionmark protocols for application of Enterprise Support, taking into account any input from Customer. SOW means a statement of work entered into between the parties for Questionmark to provide Consulting Services to Customer. Standard Support means the support and maintenance of the OnDemand Service as more particularly described in Section 10.2. Term means the Initial Term together with any Renewal Term. Training means the training services provided by Questionmark to Customer which shall form part of the Services if purchased by the Customer pursuant to an applicable SOW. User Account means the profile stored within the OnDemand Service for a User. Users means Admin Users, Authors and Participants.
Set-Up Fees means the amounts paid by a tenant or licensee under a lease for an installation and other set-up activities performed by the Operating Partnership or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries.
Set-Up Fees means the fees payable in respect of the Set Up Services stated on the Order Form, and as increased in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
Set-Up Fees means the Set Up Fees specified in the Application Form. Set Up Services means the preparation, establishment and provisioning of the Data Centre Space by us. Suite means a separately enclosed area within a data hall comprised of Racks and/or Blocks or as fitted out by you (as the case may be), the specific details of which are outlined in the applicable Application Form. Tax Charge means any tax, duty or governmental charge relating to carbon, emissions, trading scheme, pollution, electricity, carbon dioxide, greenhouse gas or similar emissions or other regulatory charges or schemes. Taxes means a tax, levy, duty, charge, deduction or withholding, however described, imposed by law or a government agency, together with any related interest, penalty or fine, including in respect of GST, but excluding income tax. Your Agreement Commencement Date means the date we accept your Application Form.
